Why did Shawn have a vision for this huddle:

The life of any coach takes a tremendous amount of time and personal sacrifice. As much as we love coaching it takes a toll on our stress level and affects our family.  I feel there is a strong need to give coaches an opportunity to take a pause and give God some time. When we do this together we can strengthen our relationship with God and pass that strength onto our players and  coaching staff. It can also help relieve the stress that comes with coaching by sharing what we are going through and allowing the body of Christ to lift us up and to help push us forward. As coaches we have an opportunity to have tremendous impacts on the lives of our players, staff, trainers, etc,

but we cannot do it alone.
